Thanks to cancellation protection, you can book your trip in good time. You don't have to worry about plans changing. When you cancel the reservation no later than 30 days before the rental date, we will refund the reservation fee and all other invoices you paid in full.
Cancellation date
- Foundation no later than 30 days before the rental date - we will refund all the fees you paid in full.
- Cancellation no later than 21 days before the rental date - we charge the reservation fee.
- Cancellation 21-0 days before the rental date - we charge half of the rental price.
Trip cancellation, e.g. due to illness
Note Please remember that if the trip is canceled due to your own or a loved one's illness or another similar reason, the customer's travel insurance usually compensates for the trip cancellation. You are in contact with your own insurance company.
